DIETARY GUIDELINES

Omit all junk and refined food

Use a fibre supplement with meals

Use limited quantities of butter –
use olive oil for cooking

Don’t drink fruit drinks coffee or
tea, rather use herb teas or grain coffee.

Limit alcohol

Use red meat, chicken and fish as
protein on alternate days. Trim all visible fat. Always eat these with
cooked vegetables, such as carrots or green beans

A small amount of sugar in herb tea
can do no harm.

For a snack occasionally use dates or
dried fruit in limited quantities

Cut out on undiluted fruit juices
(too high concentration of sugar)

Include whole grains and vegetables
in your diet

Legumes, free-range chicken, fish,
nuts, whole grains and vegetables should constitute the bulk of the diet

Include as many raw food as possible

Potatoes are valuable – only
fattening if fried

Use sprouted seeds liberally with all
meals
