Outsource Excellence
We have been involved in business, small and corporate,
for a very long time. Most of these businesses tend to loose their focus after a
while. It is fascinating to see a company that specialize in services evolve
from a service company to a sales company. This often happens because companies
chase market position and profit due to pressure from the shareholders who have
no feel for the business and only want to make money as quickly as possible.
The person most likely to be in the limelight is the
salesman who lands huge deals, often rescuing a business from financial ruin and
taking it to heights never before experienced. Unfortunately these same sales
staff who brought the company from obscurity to the limelight are then burdened
with running the business, not understanding the governance and maintenance
issues that goes with the business and really not even interested in it. For
those challenge - seeking individuals the "monotony" of management and
governance is not really something they are interested in. They enjoy the
adrenalin of seeking big deals, the nervous waiting for the results and the
ecstasy of landing a deal.
MaartensPRO - Outsource Excellence has been established to cater for those
companies who are interested in getting the job done on time, within the budget
specified and to their satisfaction. This is also the limitation of MaartensPRO

We are not interested in taking over a market segment, but to carefully choose,
together with the potential customer, whether a working relationship between MaartensPRO
- Outsource Excellence and the customer will be beneficial to both parties.
We can afford to resist the temptation to take whatever
business comes our way because the business is already running profitably and we
are the only stakeholders. There is no overseas connection that drains our
profits for the so-called "International Expertise". Like
any other business owners we would like to grow MaartensPRO - Outsource
Excellence, but not at the cost of
quality. Having qualified Internal Quality Auditors on our staff ensures that
quality will always be one of the major driving forces in our business.
